Hofner Artist bass

Hofner Artist bass guitar made in Germany in c.1963 finished in red with a black scratchplate, with two ''staple'' pickups and two volume and two tone controls. The bridge and tailpiece are all metal and the tailpiece is stamped with the Hofner name inside a diamond shape.
It has a bolt on neck and the fretboard contains twenty-one frets with full width fret markers. the headstock has the raised Hofner logo and the four on a side tuners.
This bass is all original apart from a replaced scratchplate as the original was damaged at some point in its life but it does come with the bass.
