Hofner Colorama I

A rare Hofner Colorama I model 161 made in the German Hofner factory in 1960/1. It has a single ''toaster'' pickup and these were only used by Hofner during 1960 and 1961. Its an early Colorama with the serial number 205, finished in dark red with a set neck, black scratchplate and black front to the headstock. It has the simple trapeze tailpiece and rectangular control panel with volume control, bass on/off switch, treble on/off and rhythm/solo. Its in a very good condition throughout.
