Hofner Senator 1960.

Hofner Senator made in Germany and dating from 1960, the year that Hofner started using truss rods on their guitars and this blonde Senator has a ''toaster'' pickup which Hofner only used during 1960 and 1961. The fretboard contains twenty-two frets with triple dot markers which stop after fret twelve. The single pickup is controlled bt the rectangular panel containing volume control, treble on/off, bass on/off and rhythm/solo switches. 
This guitar is completely original apart from a replacement scratchplate as the original was missing when I acquired it.
