Vox Lynx

This is a superb example of the Vox Lynx made between 1964 and 1967. It shows no lacquer checking which is very unusual but more unusual is the fact that the hardware is in brass - this includes the tailpiece, bridge cover, pickups and surrounds, truss rod cover and the tuners - the covers of which are embossed with treble clefs. The knobs have a gold finish which matches quite well with the brassware.
The dark red and black body is fully bound as are the neck, soundholes and headstock. Its an amazing guitar to look at, its a very good player and it comes in the original Vox ''teardrop'' hardcase.
