Washburn A20 - 1981

The Washburn A20 electric guitars were made in Japan between 1980 and 1985 - this one dates from 1981. They were made to a very high standard with an ash body and maple top and with a through neck with a slight ''V'' profile. The body is in sunburst with a bound top, bound neck and  ''hockey stick'' bound headstock. There are two high output pickups each with volume and tone controls and with a three-way switch. The bridge/tailpiece has brass saddles, the fret markers are brass circles and the nut is in brass. The fret board has twenty-two frets all in a good condition.
Its a lovely guitar in a superb original condition and with its original hardcase.
